Ok, so to be fair to my poor dad im going to tell you about when my MOM fell a while ago :) We were in California on Operation Barnabas and as a team we were going to see an Angel game. My dad parked the bus (which took FOR-ever) and we eventually started walking towards the stadium. My mom, trying to kill some time on the walk there, decides to play a game of kick the bottle-cap....(if you can't already see where this is going :)). She went to kick the cap after one of the students kicked it to her, misses AND THEN trips on her flip flop and does a complete 360....
just like my Dad's...its a hilarious memory that will never be forgotten in our house :)

my hilarious father
My dad has provided my family with many laughs this holiday season, but not because of his witty humor, but because he has managed to fall, and falling in this family is something you never live down.
The first time he fell he was going to chase down Indy, our dog, because Indy was going to bark at the neighbors. He saw the dog taking off, and proceeded to quickly throw open the door and run out to chase the dog. The next thing we knew he was on the ground, but like a trooper, he got up and kept chasing the dog :) Afterward, he came inside and my brother and I mercilessly made fun of him ;) He has yet to live that one down....
The NEXT time he and my brother Nick were going to go to some hardware stores to do whatever boys do there. *note, the day before we had had a huge ice storm. my dad kept saying, "i don't know why people actually shovel off their driveways, its just going to get worse..."As he was walking out to scrape off his car window, he fell, HARD. My brother Nick came inside laughing hysterically saying that Dad fell AGAIN! He got a pretty good laugh out of that one, but the best part is as Nick is still laughing, he goes out and HE falls in the exact same spot. My mom and I got a good laugh out of both of them :) and my mom's response to both of them "maybe THATS why people shovel off their driveways!"
